Conference attendees for this conference are classified into two categories. These categories include:
- PRESENTERS are research authors who will be presenting their research at the conference. Presentations may be done at the conference venue or online through (video presentation is accepted), as the conference is hybrid. They will also be publishing their research in the conference journal and proceeding indexed by Scopus/WoS. Attendees within this category are expected to submit their abstract and full paper within the timeline assigned by the committee. Included in this category are student presenters which consist of master and doctorate candidates who are currently continuing their studies.
- PARTICIPANTS. This category comprises of attendees only, who will not be presenting nor publishing their research with the conference. They can also attend the conference in person or online through the link shared by the committee.

Presentation Guidelines:
- Each presenter is required to present their paper in person at the conference or virtually via Zoom Meeting.
- Presentations are allocated a 10-minute time slot.
- Presenters must prepare their presentation materials in PowerPoint or PDF format.
- Awards will be given to outstanding presentations.
